new portfolio-page

hi peeps,
i want to introduce my new portfolio-page to you.
i don´t know to put the post into the links-section or the ff-section cause the page is more a fineshed artwork 4 me than
the portfolio webpage, at this time.
it was my first real amount to do a projekt 4 myself like this, cause i hadnt so much skills in flash and webdesign in itself.
anyway,this page was done by myself an a friend of mine who helped me with all this funky program stuff...
we have tried to design this site funny and monotone but quite full of illustrative and graphical modules to catch the eye and go over the site.
the portfolio pieces are integrated but also a very strong picture at its own. the sections arent full cause i havent so much time to do my stuff but i hope to fill the page in about one month or so.

Nice site. My only crit is that it takes a few seconds to figure out where the buttons are at. Its pretty obvious, but a good web site (in my oppinion at least) should yell "I'm a button! Click me!" Anyway, just a thought. Nothing site killing, or even a something you should neccisarily change. (Besides, I would hardly call myself a web design guru.)

I like the drawings you have here, especially that fish. The page seems like it should have more going on in the background though. Im not really a big design guy but just seems pretty plain like on the side oposite the creatures there is this void that I find disturbing. In my opinion it could use something there, maybe even just some text like the creature name or date you completed it on. Still looks pretty good though, nice work. :thumbsup:

where must i click.maybe i will put some text in the starter-site to rteintroduce the visitors....
