Anyone wanna help making simple logo?

Dear members,

I am completely new to Photoshop and since I have been chosen to be the leader for sports activities for the entire university "which is my real profession", I decided to make a logo for the entire committee which should be official and be used all over the media inside the college and out. I came up with an embarrassing located here:

The idea is to make crest logo with 2 kangaroos which are the mascots for the university. I am pretty sure you got the whole idea.

Anyone willing to offer help and design a high quality logo with the same idea? Same words. As for colors, here is the college's website which has the official logo on top left with colors. http://ack.edu.kw/

Your proposal is incomplete.

You speak of no compensation, no contract, no timetable.

Work for hire is what you seem to be asking.
