Wow ! Love them all, the orange ones especially ! :)

I used to paint a selfportrait with acrylics each day from dec-feb and it helped me a LOT ! Please keep doing them, those are great !

these are from a mirror
i try not to spend too much time on them

the top 2 are maybe 30mins or less, and the bottom two are maybe an hour? not sure i didn't time them

my car broke...i was upset...i was at a friends house for a day, and i needed todo a portrait sketch, so this is my unhappy face...like they all are.

You look like you actually had one too many drinks hehhe.

I noticed you said that you havent gotten a lot of feed back on your self portraits..

They all are great.. I really like your yellow oranges ones..

What kind of crits do you want? I dont mind taking time to crit them...

In my opinion they all except the black and white sketches look really digital... maybe try and use some different brushes... other than the airbrush... or play with paper patterns and grittyness...

You seem to have your fundamentals there.. I think you just need to experiment with the digital medium.. or perhaps try and adapt someone elses style and use that to create a self portrait...

I dunno... Also maybe post a larger version of your pics would be nice.. I know you might be trying to conserve webspace.. but its nicer to see larger images..

YOu also seem like these are quick speed paints.. maybe take the time to really develope one.. find all the details in your face and make those... or do one that has a strange texture to it.. I know you have prolly taken some object and put a wood surface to it.. try that..

I haven't updated in awhile cause i just moved out and started school at the same time...but no worries, i still have the portraits for each day i missed...only there no digital. No bigs. I just found a place to live so once i get the computer back online, i'll update you peeps with some portrait goods.
