Cut out the music entirely. For one, it lags a lot of browsers, and for two, it's really annoying because you don't know where to turn it off, if you can.

Also, I had a lot of trouble actually finding your art. I know everything's nice and labelled, but the music was grinding my browser to a halt, something not even running Counterstrike, Photoshop, and three IE windows at the same time could do. Plus, once I got to the art section, I couldn't tell what was yours or not, and the one link I saw led to a 404 page.

So my suggestions:

1. Dump Angelfire. In fact, get a domain name and cheap webspace. phpwebhosting.com will set you up with a great program for only $10 a month. Web space, especially for artists, is pretty cheap nowadays, and relying on a free server with a shitload of ads won't get you any jobs anytime soon.

2. Streamline everything. Your website as it is right now is incredibly convulted and confusing. You've got blaring embedded music, a title image, small links that don't really point right to your art, etc. Make the home page link to the main site, and only have a few links. News, Gallery, Contact, About Me, stuff like that.

I should only have to click three times before someone gets to see your art. Any more, and they'll get disinterested. For a site like this, this is not what you want.

3. Lose the music. Nobody likes .midis in web pages.

4. Make your gallery as simple as possible, and as much as you want to, don't showcase other artist's work. At first I thought it was your work, until I read the tiny, tiny font saying it was your weekly showcase of someone else's. Put this in another section of the website, but leave it out of your gallery.

I'm not sure if you're aiming to use this site as a resume or anything like that, but regardless of whether or not you're looking for jobs, all of these points still apply. Even the casual viewer wants a simple, easy-going experience with your website, or else they'll just give up in frustration and never venture to your URL again.

Please take all of this in good spirits. From what I saw, your artwork looked great. But I want to see it in an environment where the art is the focus. Music and a confusing layout detract from that.
