I would say
Lose the music
I always find it SO irritating
i`m always listening music on my computer
So if I stumble on a site with music I don`t care what is on it
I inmediately Click it away

But the rest is pretty cool
I`m not really an Website expert so... :D :chug:

Defenitely loose the music ^^' :D
NEVER use yellow font on a white bg!!!
Some images take too long to load.
what's with the God bless america thing.. are you trying to be unprofessional? ^^'

I would get rid of the 'my site' section completely and put the news stuff on top.. and yes, make sure your borders are '0'
