Putting demoreels on NTSC?

I'm applying to grad school and they're insisting I submit my demoreel on NTSC. Do they mean a VHS? How do I even go about this? I never even heard of the term before.

No, NTSC just means a certain frame rate and resolution. (29.97 and 720x480, respectively IRRC). Quicktime or the like will allow you to export NTSC.
