Very nicely executed, although i do have a few neat-picks.
Im not quite sure why you made her mouth look like as if she is sucking on a perticularly sour lemon, but after i took the liberty of tweaking it around in photoshop, it looked a lot better (in my opinion, of course). Although it might be what you're going for, so its just a suggestion.
Another thing is the size of her feet. Barby would turn green with envy after looking at those. Why are they so tiny?
Last thing is the way you colored in her clothes. If its a concept, it would have been better to be actually see the shape of it, rather then it being pitch black.
Other then that - great, i like it a lot.
