I somehow really like the second illustration; it has character and emotion to it. Was it based on a photograph of Metan, or did you go there?

The first one is interesting because it tells a story. Would be better if her expression is clearer. It has a good potential to be a kick ass art if it is polished more. Composition-wise (personally...), there's too much empty space around the girl.

I agree with Merrycarousal the girl would be a bad ass pic if polished, its really awesome and has potential, also agree that there is to much space in the picture. Keep them coming would love to see more

thank you both for your kind comments and constructive criticism, you may be right with the girl. The Metan picture was done from a photo but I tried to keep it loose to avoid the "photo trap".
