The seat seems to be pretty uncomfortable with his legs jammed like that... :)
It would be cool if they were in more of a jungle with leaves and stuff to make it more athmospheric. Also the dinos tail is a bit short/small, it looks like hes gonna fall forward.

hehe yeah his legs are like that cos he's twisting round to look behind him and has half slid off his seat :p . looking at it now i totally agree that the dino is front-heavy. probably good in a cavalry charge tho eh?
