From the stance when this creature moves off it's gonna have to stand higher with the rear leg so the saddle will be badly set. The front elbow needs some thickening and the jaw line needs a little beefing up. other than that cool design.

I think you should work more on the underlying structure of this creature.
For example you should make more than one round shape to define the torso (a ribcage ...)
And a more interesting pose wouldn't be bad either.

The head looks like a turtle. IT's cool though/
