need artist for commission work

Wasn't sure where to put this because its commision work because im a currently broke 17 year old, if that's a problem back out now.
I need an artist for a survival horror type comic, were there is an a apocolypse and if the people fail to stop it then time resets except with different people inhabiting the planet then a different apocolypse happens, and so on. For those that prevent it from happening or survive it, then they are deemed worthy to live in the "real" world those who are not have something interesting happen to them :)

I assume this is just labeled wrong, maybe you didn't know and you're not actually looking to "commission" an artist since its in the non-paying section?
