Due to the large number of applicants, we are now only looking at folks who have submitted a character who fits on the background of the painting above. 1/3 of all applicants have drawn a gnome. At least five gnomes submitted have been almost-perfect replicas.

Deadline for art is 5 p.m. October 30, Pacific Time. On Saturday morning we will inform the winner of the contract. After the winner is selected and approved, we will let you know in this thread.

We have selected an artist for this position. In the end, we had several spot-on gnomes submitted to us by artist with superb portfolios. It was a tough decision, and I thank everyone who applied.
