Real nice pictures. It reminds me of anime but your style is totally original. I really like them. The hair and drapery are just incrediable. Also, I think you accomplished a lot with these because your making people sleeping interesting.

I really like the linework on jenna and lauren. The hair came out great. Did you change the contrast on these pictures? The values of the lines look kinda funky.

yea i changed the contrast for each in photoshop just to make the pencils show up better as the scanner scans pretty light - i just did an auto adjust but thats the only thing about them thats been touched besides the two of lauren that i removed all the notebook lines from.

yea these are some pretty stylish girls, i should post pictures of the real people too cause they're all pretty much gorgeous and these little doodles dont really give em justice - it definitly beats actually paying attention or learning anything in class though.

Its not that your reference pictures are bad, their worse then your life drawings. I think your life drawings are better because you capture more emotion into the picture then from photo reference.
