I cant really find models, or go to a model class.

So I go for my figure model crunch from the internet, so my first and pretty much only canidate is PoseManiacs. Isnt there anything else like this?

Or atleast a good site to find poses from?

did you go to the reference threads right??
besides that... you could use a software like poser, but probably is expensive as hiring a model...
maybe sketchup??
if all fails... then well... web sites of nude models, or pictures in general... images banks or similars...
all that i think is documented in the references threads...

Find an older version of Poser, or Daz.
Go outside and sketch people at the mall
sketch your friends.
Find Photo Reference.

Not all your studies need to be nude.

For every pose there is "Show all angles" link. Not very high resolution but enough for quick gestures.
