Cover/Interior Penciler Needed

Twofold Comics (http://twofoldcomics.blogspot.com) is in need of a penciler for their ongoing series Manifest Destiny. We've had some amazing talented people working on the book in the past and we're looking for someone even better to join the team for issue 3. Slight confusion. This looks like a money-making job, so why is it in the non-paying job listing forum? Are you not going to pay the penciler for drawing your comics, and then make a profit off of their work?

This is a paying job, but we do not offer a traditional page rate. Instead we offer a percentage of the profits from each issue sold, for a penciler I believe it's roughly 33%. It's a pretty common practice for small comic publishers such as ours, but since there is no pay upfront many artists don't regard this as a paying gig. And that is why we felt it best to put it here in the "non-paying gigs", so as to not lead on any potential candidates.
