Hey there new sketchbook buddy, noticed you and I posted sketchbooks at about the same time! Like what you've got so far and would love to see more work from you! My only suggestion would be to work on the blending of some of your colors a bit more, and maybe try to work on the texture, especially on the mustache, but I think your digital skills are already better than mine for sure. :)

Alipes: Thanks buddy! yeah, the no blending thing was actually by choice, I wanted to keep it as loose as possible because I tend to noodle too much and never end up with the desired results ^_^

Ok so Im rebuilding from the bottom up...literally..here are some sketches sans reference @_@! sorry for the piss-poor scans, I'll do better next time...

Hot damn, I saw your chow update and i had to come over here, I'm sad there's not more to to see though!
Everything i do see though is great, wonderful legs, that's what i'm working on right now as well.
No worthwhile crits, your anatomy looks nice and strong as does your style, keep on updating, i'll be back for sure.

His pose looks a tad bit stiff there. And his leg furthest from us looks a bit odd.

Liking the overall concept, though. :D

Dude, you have a sick style to match your imagination. Those crab head concepts are ridiculous. They look deserving of more exploration.
