I'm using adobe photo shop to color this and I'm fairly new to cging so any input would help.
1'st The back ground isn't finish I just threw it on to bring it to a minor finish I'm thinking about doing a crowd and ring thing.
2'nd I'm going to add more to the figure to he looks flat any tips would be wicked.
I like the ink work though. If you have a moment please leave a comment, Thanks.

I like the inkwork, and it would be really cool with a crowd in the background
Im not an expert on coloring, but i think that a bigger contrast between the dark/bright areas on the skin would be good
Dont know if its just me, but the feet seems to have less detail than the upper body....but anyways. good work

Kool thanks for the input, I thought he looked flat so I'm planing to throw on some more layers and add some more contrast when I have time, probably next week. As for the crowd thing, I think thats what I'm going to do it seems fiting.
As for the feet, ya I probably should have spent a little more time on them, but when I start adding more contrast and shade to the picture I might blend them into a shadow so there not so noticable.
Well see ya, Thanks for the reply Kexe.

Looks good, nice to see some work coming in from P.G. I used to live there years ago. As the others said, add some contrast to the skin, and I'd maybe tone down the color of the sky a bit. It kind of distracts from the character. Good work, I'm looking forward to the finished product.

Why did you cover his face with his hand?

Its just the way the stance is, I have no problem drawing his face its just I like how the stance was so I left it like that.
I have a few days off this week so I'm going to go forward with adding more layers and doing the back ground, as the one I have now is just a temperary untill I work on the actuall background.
Thanks for all your comments I really appreciate them :).
ps Nikia when did you live in PG ?, its kool to hear from some one from town :chug:

Its been several years since I lived in PG JackSparrow, or even been up in that neck of the woods. I hear its grown a whole lot but hasn't changed much otherwise. Lol, it used to be a good party town. That still true? :chug:
