Spawn is BACK!!! UPDATED!!!

I had a blast from the past when I sat down to do some quick sketches for my next assignment. This brings me back to the days when I would do nothing but draw day and night, using all the hot new Image stuff as inspiration. The last one is very weird, but I just got carried away with the folds. It was just fun to do. (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it)

This one is lacking tons of detail, basically most of his costume :D But I was just trying to get the juices goin. Oh, it's also a little deceptive, it's no taller than one of your fingers.

Yeah I'm a huge Spawn fan too. If your not going to finish these do you think you could ink them and post them in the *new media colouring book* so me and other people could paint them? :D especially #2 and #3. they rock.

I think number 3 is well...

ridiculous. There is great fabric flow and your sketching is pretty tight but I can't imagine spawns muscle bound body under all that fabric...

Good 1's, I would like to see one where his cape is more in effect though (you know what I'm talking about).

sketche #1 looks like a she spawn but still awsome

sketche #2 is my personal favorite and is a really cool new age look.

Sketch #3 is a warped pic of a skinnier form but still seems mysteriosly evil.

All in all they should be inked for those die hard Spawn fans.

Thanx a lot guys for your feedback. It's always good to hear from my peers. Although I still haven't decided which to go with, your comments might make the final call. Here's another one I started on the train today.

I would have to agree, they are all very good, and show alot of talent but #2 caught my eye, that pose is dope. Plus he has a good angle where he is looking down all evil and sinister, if you threw those chains around some more down by his legs like he was holding himself up with them that would be even Dopier <-- I made a funny.

Here's a color sketch I did to get an idea of how I wanted to approach the final piece which will be in oils. This was my first success as far as painter goes. It went pretty smoothly too. Started of as just doodling then I kinda got into it. Anyway. Let me know what ya think. I need some feedback :D THANX
