the fusilier was a heavy infantry unit that used a baronet-type weapon.. I think. This is the post-apocalyptic verzion (foreground). I dunno what the guy behind is.

Nice to see some completed works by you! I always thought there was a lot of life to your oekaki sketches.

I'll admit that I'm not a huge fan of your particular art style. But I will say that I really love a lot of things about both of these pictures, in particular the mood and textures (god, the textures on that first one! so yummy!)

The first one has a very nice, thick, painty feel to it (I'm assuming it's digital?) And the second one creates a nice atmosphere between the two subjects. I'd like to see some more emotion of some sort on the figure in the front though...something to make us empathise with the "surprise" she's about to get. Right now, I know something nasty's about to happen, but I can't seem to bring myself to care too much. She needs something to connect me to her..vulnerability, contempt, anything to make me cheer for her or the tenticles.

OK, maybe I'm reading too much into it all. :)

your work is so awesome that it's hard to describe by words. You just manage to make everything look so friggin' cool.

Cool stuff...but you know your weakness is hands, so practice some hands!!! Practice for a week and never worry about hands again!!!
