Good to see you posting revelation! Here's a link that may help with head construction.

Check out the "drawing heads" section of that pdf

Also this is an awesome tutorial by ron lemen for drawing the head from life:

Dude! Its great to see you posting on here Clayton, totally suprised me. How long did this take you? I really like the way you didn't draw a sharp outline for the nose but instead let the shadows reveal its form. Typically with a quicksketch, you wouldn't go in and draw the individual teeth, just because of their complexity and the time it takes to draw them (and for some reason they are incredibly hard to get looking right haha). When you look at your subject matter, try to squint your eyes to where all you see are the dark and light shapes, and then draw them (make sure you open your eyes for this). You'll start to see that instead of drawing an eye for example, you'll be drawing triangles and other shadow patterns that will eventually make up the shape of an eye when you are done. Definitely check out Ron's tutorials MindCandyMan showed you. He's a teacher at my school and you can learn a lot even just from those little sheets he made. Keep posting your work, and draw draw draw. :)

and just for the sake of learning from yourself, take that drawing and go put it in a mirror and look at it(DO IT NOW). You will see the problems much more obviously. problems with the head construction.

so yeah, check out ron's notes
