Does anyone here use gouache? Do you know of any artists that do?
Id like to see some gouache work..Im interested in what it looks like.

i like gouache paintings because they tend to be very bold about their coloring and shapes.

i know that dan seagrave (http://www.danseagrave.com) does a lot of gouache stuff, and also check out ron lemen (http://www.lemenaide.fws1.com/index.html) . he has some really beautiful gouache paintings in his illustration sections.

Most of Ralph McQuarrie's production paintings were done in gouache. Great stuff, but can dry and get lumpy before you finish your brush stroke. Perhaps i've got the heating on too high.
