I like the design of the armor, but I'm assuming its unfinished because of the white areas.
You may want to consider doing more to make him look undead, because the eyes seem to be the only thing that would convey that. The stance works to the same end, though he looks alittle off balance since his feet seem to be too far to the right(it looks like he's leaning forward). And I think you should be able to see his right arm in that position(assuming he even has one, in which case you might add something like torn cloth to signify that).
Otherwise, excellent concept, look forward to a finished version.

Good armor...
the head couldn't be more undead :)
Seriously it doesn't look like an undead person at all... give him a grey or discolored head, much less hair or a helmet if you prefer. Convey his zombieness by giving him bloodshot or blank eyes (white eyes mean undead).
Sunken in cheeks, high cheekbones, a bony chin, maybe scars and stitches,
add these and touch up the armor and this could be a cool pic.

He doesn't look decayed enough to be undead but hey he may be freshly killed.
The armor is cool but would look better if it didn't show the sketch lines. But I give it a thumbs up.
P.S. you need to show how he was killed too.

first off thanks everybody showing interest
this sketch all began with me trying to sketch directly into my computer with a graphic tableau
I didnt meen to create a undead person it just turn out this way when i did his head (as in drawing it im no necrofiliac kinda guy)
As i said earlyer its verry wip but that will change soon when i get back to my workplace. All these tips really help me to finish this dude
( i think ill replace his head a bit to the right and work on his leggs, wasnt so comforteble with them anyway.)

looks like a nice start. the proportions look good only thing is he looks like he is falling over just rotate it a little. i think the pose looks more grounded like this.
