Hey everyone!

My name's Amit, i'm a 2D and Flash Animator from Israel. I have a BFA in Animation and now I'm looking for a good place to study an MA in Animation somewhere in Europe.

I already applied to the NFTS in the UK, and even got to attend the Animation Direction workshop with 14 more people (8 of them were chosen, not including me). so now I have an entire year to look for more places to study in for the September 2010 semester.

generally I'd rather study in Europe since i'm also an EU citizen (I also have a Slovak republic citizenship). but now I'm trying to learn more about my options.

I already got into the London Metropolitan University's Animation MA for September 2010, but as far as I know it's a new program so I won't rush into it without knowing if it's worth a damn.

so...if you can help me, just consider these points:

1. I have to study in English (I don't really want to start with a new language)
2. it has to be an MA program (I already have a BFA)
3. it has to have a 2D option, I'm not into 3D animation at all.
4. it has to be good. :)

just a side note, I AM going to try the NFTS again, and I also know that Kingston Uni has a program, Royal Collage has one and Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht in Holland has one (in english). so If you know anything about these programs or the one in London Metropolitan Uni, that'd be cool.

now as for the US, I don't have a green card, so the tution fees are a huge problem, since scholarships are barely given to international students. BUT, I AM trying to get it to Calarts and I'd like to know about other good places as well, just to try and maybe I'll be able to get the money on time. so...if there are any other good places for 2D animators to do an MA in the US, i'd be glad to hear!

Thanks in advance!
