permission?

After browsing FAQ and the edit profile pages, I still can't figure out how to post images for critique, and I can't find the "post composition" page or whatever...

Am I overlooking something... do I need permission?

Your are not the first one who asks - and I don't blame you personally, but I can't understand why people can't use the search function just by typing in what they are looking for...
