Most realistic pose is the third one, I'd go for that. But if you want an image to go from try getting an image of the triple jumpers on their first move off the board.

The poses are really good and very dynamic. All I can say about the first one is that the hand (with finger :D ) needs to be a bit wider. The fist is about the same size as the knee, but in your piccy it's still the same size when its closer to us. It needs to be at least half the width again.

The bottom one is excellent, but again the size differences between near and far needs to be a bit more exaduraterd. Both the arms and the legs seem about the same size, even though the figure is turned with his side facing us.

Bloody good dynamics, just needs a bit more work on the foreshortening.

thanks a lot sleepy i'm glad i'm still in the sketching phases of these...although i think i'd see that issue before rendereing them to full color, i was trying to work out a few things but the foreshortening prolly would have been over looked as i am VERY forgetful. thanx for the input, and plz keep stopping by, i love the input.

I like the dynamic poses, especially on spider man, I like the cartoon babes too, good color and rendering, nice and clean.
