Just curious, why no adjustment layers (curves, hue/sat, select color, gradiation map, etc) in Painter? The feature is in Paint Shop Pro, but not the flagship product. Sure there are the dynamic layers, but not all are "realtime" meaning I can paint on the layer underneath and instantly see the changes. Plus a few of the dynamic plugins crash Painter when used. I use painter a lot and would prefer it to another photo/painting app, but I love how in photoshop I can use the adjustments layers to experiment with color and adjust elements instantly. I was trying to use Bevel World like the bevel blending option in photoshop to create nicks and creases in something I was painting in realtime. Technically it can accomplish the job, just not instantly (while painting) and the end result is a little more tricky to pull off to satisfaction. Hopefully adjustment layers, resizably navigation window or open new doc option with floating panels and a more indepth script options will be available in the next update or version of painter. Hopefully we'll see something soon and not 3 years from now.
