Well, trying my hand at watercolour, it's quite fun, lotsa lotsa detail, original is about 60cm X 60cm. It reminds me of some sort of calander, or moon calander. I'd like to make it out of wood with moving parts, but I don't think time will allow.

Its certainly very impressive and inspiring.

I agree very much here.

And to see something like that actually created would be awesome.

I'd love to know more about the meaning behind this if there is any and you care to share, very interesting.

It looks like you spent qutie a bit of time on this too. (well spent time)

Really really nice work. I'm impressed with what you did with such a difficult and unfogiving medium. I also like the fact that you worked kind of large. It's almost hard to believe it's traditional medium until you get up close. Your attention to detail as well as the textures you've achieved are really great to look at. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the feedback, the cracks and symbols, were done with a dip pen, in calligraphy ink, and the highlights were in done with white gouache and calligraphy white ink with a brush or dip pen for the highlights on cracks. As for meaning, I guess I'll leave it up to you to think what it could be for. I wish I knew.
