Looking for a book!

I think this thread will sink like a stone but anyway. Im looking for a book by a phtographer who takes pictures of the insides of people during operations. Specificly combined with metal clamps etc, he shows the operations with a contrast between the machines and the human.

Any ideas? lol

It sank, like a brick wall made of lead.

But, just grab a camera and do it yourself. Or do a google image search for "people`s insides", you might actually find something (it keeps amazing me anyway).
