I want Corel Painter 6!

Hi art buddies, I'm trying to find a copy of painter 6 :( HELP!!!!!

I've searched google "forever" and nobody sells it :(. I want 6 because it would run lighting fast and the only brush I use is the simple water.

First I'd check if it will actually run on a modern OS. I don't know how old v6 is, but I'm sure it was before Vista was even on the horizon. So … not too sure if it will run at all.

Anyway, besides Ebay, you won't have any luck I guess. That's just too much time in software-years.

At a time there were many Painter 6 cans on eBay for 60EUR, it runs on any modern OS as long as you have the memory fix shortcut. It's my favorite version by a long shot.

Hmmmm, well, if I can't find 6 I'll probably have to go with 8 but I'm gonna try and find six for about a week. :( I just hate bloated software and six will do me just fine to get concepts out.

Painter 6 is great but the bugs just got on my nerves. I recently bought Painter X off Ebay for $50 and just loaded the Painter 6 brushes into it. Works fine.

Can´t find Painter 6 anywhere in the world man. Most, I´ve found painter 7 for mac, for 100$!! on ebay. My painter 9.5 cost me 20 bucks. And it´s a pretty decent piece of software. But the real bristle brushes on 10.1 may worth the price (40$ at most?).

9.5 20 bucks? omg where? I searched allllllll night for 6 and I officially give up. Feel bad cause I didn't draw.

That was in 2004 or 2005, I think the guy in Germany must have sold all by now, for the use I give Painter 6 which is more or less my set of custom watercolors, an acrylic brush and the ink pen it never crashed or corrupted a file, I simply don't use selections in Painter 6.1, just need some of the brushes in Painter since SAI is my main program.

If you have your mind set on Painter 6, set a custom search on eBay and it will email you whenever a new item that matches with your search.
