I need to improve. HELP! sketchbook

Hi fellow people, This is my first online sketchbook which (should) be updated weekly. Im trying to improve my illustration and I'm dying to know what the faults of my illustrations are so I can improve. So here it starts......

Nice start.

However, there are some obvious anatomy flaws in your characters. I suggest you start doing daily anatomy studies from now on. Check out Bridgman for starters. It will help, I promise.

Try drawing humans from pictures. Avoid drawing without references, you need to use references to learn. But try to draw without references sometimes just to see how it turns out.
