These are all very nice, but i think you should try finishing some of them.

I was definitely planning on finishing the gryphon, and maybe the winged lady. But probably not much else. I need to work on some coloring techniques first. :D

i love them dude, espically that eagle, man that rocks. The dragon is also pretty impressive. finishing them would be a good idea, becqause everything so far is correct such as anatomy. Good job.

the second one has a real nice face... it would be real nice with the same amount of rendering throughout.. dont rely just on your imagination for all the texture... its ok to use reference

Good sketches...

but I have to say:
If you put more work into the griffon, you will have a picture worth publishing.

Fill in all the feathers, give it dramatic shading, and put in an awesome mountain background... if you can, paint it...

in any case, two hours of work into that griffon will result in an AWESOME piece to be proud of...

keep it up .
