anyone play quake live?

I play quake live, but i try to stay away of that for two reason: 1. Its addictive, so less time to draw and 2. My hand hurts like hell if i play...

But if i´m in mood for a match i will look for ya.

I played it for a little bit back when they were first started releasing the betas and it was fun up until when the hardcore players flooded the servers.

No, lol... what i meant is that why there wasn´t any threads about quakelive before. Im really glad you start it. Altough, i think you might have better luck searching for players in the entretaiment forums here on CA.org... maybe, i don´t know...

quakelive matchmaking is suppouse to search for games with your level skill, sometimes its very even, and all the players have the same skill, altough, i guess sometimes you have higher skiller players, playing in matches with player with less skills, wich its sucks.
Maybe its me, but i´ve never had any problems and i consider myself not hardcore, just plain regular player...

I played a bit but now I'm on windows 7 it doesn't work for me. :C I could just need to update my browser plugins or something though.

Ahh I remember the days when Quake 3 just came out... I saw screenshots in PC Gamer and went "WHOOOOAAA THE GRAPHICS ARE SO GOOOOD"

And the graphics are very good, if you put it next to its 8-bit predecessor. Even next to its competitor at the time, the original UT, Q3 looks much better. And, even UT2003 doesn't look so good alongside Q3 now. Q3 has aged well.
