Been working on this low polygon model for a personal project. Working on character setup as I get the time but the mesh is done at just under 1800 polygons.

I like it, nice work. Only one crit: maybe you should work a little more on the head texture reducing the contrast between the skin and the red hair.

Only i find the skin a bit too bleak... But maybe it's personal.

Thanks! Just for a small animation project I am working on. Cinema with all game level graphics.
The skin doesnt have any specular or a skin shader or anything on it so I can see where you might see it that way. Just a straight lambert shader at the moment. I may add the specular but not get too fancy with skin shaders as the idea is to make it with game level graphics.

Thanks for the criticisms and kind words.
Tried lightening up the beard and this seemed the best, slightly lighter but lighter than that and i probably would have had to repaint it in its entirety.
