Since a lot of questions come up here that can be fixed by updating drivers or simply checking the manual (which many of us just throw away when we open our shiny new tablets), I've made a list of links for easy access to the most up-to-date hardware drivers and manuals, as well as a list of contact and warranty information for people who are having hardware malfunctions.

Wacom Driver Download: http://www.wacom.com/downloads/drivers.php
Latest Intuos Driver: 6.1.1-3 (Windows) or 6.1.1-2 (Mac)
Latest Bamboo/Graphire Driver: 5.1.1-1 (Windows & Mac)

Wacom Manuals Download: http://www.wacom.com/downloads/manuals.php

Wacom Warranty Details: http://www.wacom.com/productsupport/warranty.php

If none of the above fixed the issue you are having with your tablet, you can either call Customer Care or submit a help request. If this is a hardware issue, you are better off calling the Customer Care, since email is an inefficient way for them to troubleshoot the issue.

Customer Care Numbers: 800-922-6613 or 360-896-9833

Submit an Online Help Request: http://www.wacom.com/productsupport/email.php
Sales: Tablet information, warranty, billing, orders and returns
Technical: Product/system issues, hardware/software troubleshooting, repair scheduling, installation and operation assistance, parts inquiries for warranty products.

You might want to post up a link to Wacom's European and Community forums too.
