Well u seem to have the perspective down alright, but you need to work on showing the correct anatomy. Basically there is a muscle missing from near the mouth on both sides of the face. See how the right side of his face (left in the image) has like a groove in it, well that groove should be occupied by a muscle. To see an example take a look at arnold shwhatever's face. Another thing is the side of his head where his temporal muscle should be, its missing, or light just aint bouncing off it. The head is made to look more or less circular by this muscle so u might want to add it so that the shaddow doesnt come in too sharply in that area. As well there is some crucial shadow missing from hisforehead. Last thing for the written part is that you might want to color an area b4 you let go of the brush, don't just dab and dag as it makes the color look uneven, and puts it in places u didnt mean for it to go.
Ok well I'm too lazy to type the rest so ehre is a picture edit. Hope u don't mind that I did that...
[Edit: Sry had to get rid of it, taking up last little amount of webspace i got :p ]
