First time using Painter

So this is my first try in Painter (v8), despite being a PS user. All done in one layer, using Oil brush and palette knife, later desaturnated and added some orange color.... playing mostly :)
Any C&C r most welcome, advices even more!

I completly forgot... this piece is about a barbarian after a lost batlle.

I say, that's quite a pronounced honker on that there feller. He actually looks more like John Rhies Davies in Gimli prosthetics than a barbarian. If you're trying to make it a somber piece about a barbarian after a losing battle, maybe knocking the exagerration on his nose down a notch might help to keep the piece from gravitating towards unintentionally comedic.
