great, straight, angular lines there...

the 'weapon' held by the guy is a little riduclous... it's like an axe but the blad covers the entire handle? it just doesn't look feasible and actually confuses the whole picture.

the elf archer is close to flawless, but the veil on her face needs to go...

i have no clue if you plan on working more on the pic. it looks like pen or marker so making changes is out of the question huh?
