Has anyone out there had an RSI? If it was successfully overcome, what methods did you use to fix it, and over what time period.
I am particularly interested in the coping strategies used by professionals, who cant always afford to stop drawing for long periods of time.
My specific problem involves pain around the base of the thumb, on the back of the hands, and sometimes the wrist. It has persisted for several months. I am seeing surgeons and doctors regularly.
