i've come to realize that i need to work on my skills at setting up composition and lighting. but hey, as they say - first step to resolving a problem is acknowledging its existence :)

Great concept like the foliage, The perspective is a bit confusing . The dog looks like if it pasted in the image, add some greens in the fur to simulate some radiosity to look it less pasted in

very well painted, the only thing im not sure about is the tree behind the dog and the way it somehow cuts the sky to its left. too much contrast imho, maybe the lightning isnt correct. well, im not sure about this, but apart from that its pretty impressive.

blok: yeah, good idea. i'll add some more shade on the wolf's head as well as the colour bleeding. hadn't thought of that! =)

hanuka: you mean the stuff on the right side of the image? yeah, i agree that could do with more work. i'll get on it one of these days! the contrast is overall too high as well. i was adjusting it on a laptop monitor since that's all i have, so wasn't quite able to judge it realistically. i'll get on that too, though.
