Hey mate, sorry for taking so long to stop by.
You asked if I could comment.. well I'm not really qualified to talk about digital stuff but I'll give the pencil work a go.
I think your sketches are great, taking some of the confidence from the ref work and applying it to the imagination stuff is the kicker but of course is far easier said than done.
Theres no substitute for practice and consistency.. keep up with the ref sketching, if you can get envolved with some life drawing thats fantastic and of course bust out plenty of imagination work. Your imagination is like a muscle and it needs to be worked if you want it to continually spill out interesting stuff.
Try not to ignore the boring or hard things.. otherwise it'll forever be a thorn in your side.
Do what you're doing with positive intention and you'll no doubt get where you want to be. Have fun!

woops - trodde du lyckats fånga honom så väl :P

o jo Zorn var grym - kändes lite lat ibland motiv mässigt - kanske främst för hur mycket pengar han fick för vad han tog sig an.

As for the last piece I like the eye and nose region - and upwards to the top left - but kind of feel that the rest fall a bit flat and boring - could perhaps just diffuse that - or darken it up a bit to show of the strengths - but dunno - could be a cool piece, but you need to more moe careful with areas like the jaw/mouth and body in general - esp. the arm to the left.

Also my screen is a bit shit today - so dunno really, could be seeing it a bit wrong.

Things looks good man, the pencils are great! All I'd say is when painting in photoshop, work from dark to light. There shouldn't be any white of the canvas coming through the gaps in your rendering because it just kills everything. It's like priming your canvas when you paint traditionally, you should just fill the whole 'canvas' with a colour or value first before painting :) keep it up
