Neil Rauch? Painter/Illustrator Can't find info or website on him.

I had the painter Neil Rausch recommended to me as someone I should look at, but I can't find information on him online. I think it's because I'm butchering the spelling of his name. Does anyone know who I'm talking about and how to spell his name?

He's a painter who I'm told, blurs the line between fine arts and illustration. I'd really like to find his work so I can give it a look.
