Since Trueping hasn't got around to this yet, the main ingredient in our duel will be a creature which inhabits water or a watery environment. It has to be obvious that he/she/it uses the environment to sustain itself or propogate and has some kind of relationship with it besides 'watering hole'... maybe it's amphibious, maybe a swamp creature, maybe protected there or it hatches young there, etc... something of the species is dependent on proximity to, or living in, water.

Seriously, this should be a blast... we're each gonna be seeing each other's stuff along the way and by doing so hopefully push the work to greater heights. This should be awesome...

I've seen Todd's drawing and it looks fantastic, got my work cut out for me for two days. Trying to teach myself Painter on this piece as well... eep. What am I doing?!?! :-)
