well I'm not sure if he qualifies as 'concept art', but I've always loved his movie posters and book covers: Drew Struzan (http://www.drewstruzan.com/).

And Tony DiTerlizzi (http://www.diterlizzi.com/) is my favorite illustrator; he does stuff for Wizards and children's books too. Very whimsical style.

wow, James Clyne is freakin' AWESOME...I really loved that Minority Report concept art. What program do you think he used to make the 3D models? I still haven't seen that movie, but I think I'll check it out now, looking at that great art...:)
