Concept Artist Needed for Concept Artwork

At this time we had to put a hold on the concept artwork project. We hope to reopen the project in a month or two. I will update this post once we are ready for this project. Thank you for your time.
I am the clan leader of Faction9. We were once known as the Helghast Brotherhood. We have opened our game roster to include Killzone 2, MAG (Massive Action Game), Modern Warfare 1 & 2, and World At War. We are currently transitioning from our old clan name to our new one Faction9, faction9.com (http://www.faction9.com).
What I want
I am looking for some concept artwork to go along with our new image. The concept art will be displayed on our website and signatures (sigs).
We are currently working on a short back story for Faction9. I would like to display concept artwork on the About us page where the back story will be viewed by members and visitors.
Looking for 1 or 2 additional concept artworks for desktop wallpaper for members to use on their home computers and one for a signature.
Type of concept work
About us page = Looking for a futuristic solder with a rifle and maybe a few other things.
Wallpaper = Some form of landscape.
Signature = Not really sure at this point.
Compensation
Depending on the type of work, $10 - $40
