u have to have the image somewhere online, like on ur website or a friends. Once its there right click on the image and go to properties and copy/paste the URL. If your not sure where to paste it,just look under the "SIZE" scroll down where u change the font when u are writign a post here. it will give u a pop up, just paste the URL there. and click ok.
