Help! Background/Foreground PS4 Color

hi,
I'm relatively new to PS4 and I've somehow managed to get it where when I use the dropper tool, it picks the background color instead of the foreground color and I have to switch it using x over and over again. I'm not sure how I managed it, so I was wondering if anyone knew how to change that option back? Thanks!

So whatcha gotta do is go to your color palette (the one my mouse is over) and select the foreground color instead of the background
