Where to go head

Made this head. But it just isn't right... can anyone help me out here? Where should I improve?? C&C very welcome!

The nose is a little different on the right side and the left eye is a tad bit higher then the left. The nostrils are a little funky as well. little bit on the blocky side. also too dark of shadow on the eye sockets.

thats my hard crit for ya, hope ya put it to good use.
