On both the colouring and drawing side, you don't have a clear source of lighting. The light seems to be hitting her from every angle.

Plus you need to work on your anatomy more. The proportions are really off in some areas, mainly the mid section down to the hips.

If you get the basic shapes and lighting right first, the colouring will be alot easier.

Just keep drawing, thats how we all improve, and keep having FUN.

i agree with SEVANS post. The lighting and anatomy is off. I would change the face aswell, she aint good looking, her face seems to fat same with her lips.

good attempt,. i still think its a great effort. just practice.

thx for all the replies! :-)
im hoping to get my anatomy up with more practice, i bought a drawing from life book today with a lot of anatomical references, that should help me a bit more,

well so far to improve this piece,
fix improportions, mainly her torso to hip area
get a fixed light source
less brown

any more sugestions?

When coloring/painting, it can be helpful to start from a medium ground. Starting from a midtone lets you work in the darks, and pull out the lights at the same time. Sometimes I'll put a little dab of white and black up in the corner (to be erased later) just to remind myself of the full tonal range. Right now everything is pretty dark on your figure.
