Help with my shack

I've having alot of problems with this stupid painting.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be helpful.

Just keep going, you have a solid start there.

Perhaps to make the image more interesting you could add more 'layers' to create depth and focus. What I mean is by adding some foreground - a bush, tree, mailbox etc and some background - hills, trees, sky behind the shack this would create more interest.

So far there's nothing 'stupid' about the painting technique, but the image is just to 'dead'.

Just keep pushing the image.
