Probably the best of Bungie's live action trailers. I haven't been this psyched for Halo since the Starry Night commercial trailer. They should totally make a movie.

I really want to play Halo3 and ODST after these amazing trailers... absolutley fantastic. Makes me want to see a movie soon soon! And this trailer in particular also proves that the movie can focus on other characters besides master chief.

On a side note, does anybody know which languages are being spoken? In the memorial it seems to be some sort of irish.. when he's training it seems like russian or something. Can anybody clarify?

I'm not sure who directed it but it does look like it was done in eastern europe/russia. The features of the main character, the language... it's nice to see that the UNSC recruits don't all speak english :)

According to wikipedia the same guys who directed the previous HAlo 3 live action videos are behind this as well. Yes, it's very nice that they don't speak english... makes the notion of UNSC as a true global EARTH army very compelling.
